30% Payment: Must be paid at the time of the Purchase Order.
70% Payment: Must be paid in full before the cargo is dispatched.
Payment Methods: Accepted payment methods include Visa or MasterCard debit and credit cards in AED.
Pricing Policy: Prices are not displayed alongside products as they vary based on current market value and rates. Customers are required to enquire directly for the current price of any order or entity. The price confirmed during the enquiry/checkout process will be the amount printed on the Transaction Receipt.

Age Requirement: Minors (under the age of 18) shall not register as a User of the website and shall not transact on or use the website.
Account Security: Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their accounts.
Trade Restrictions: We will not trade with or provide any services to OFAC and sanctioned countries.
Record Keeping: Cardholders must retain a copy of transaction records and https://afsgentra.com/ policies and rules.

No Refund Policy: All sales are final. We strictly follow a No Refund and No Return policy once a purchase has been initiated.
Cancellation Policy: In the event of an order cancellation, the initial 30% payment made at the time of the Purchase Order is non-refundable and will be retained by AFS Farooqui FZE LLC.
Legal Exceptions: Refunds (if applicable under extreme legal error) will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment and processed within 10 to 45 days depending on the issuing bank.

Service Area: We deliver our products to all countries, with a primary focus on the UAE. Shipping is facilitated by third-party courier services.
Dispatch Requirement: Cargo will only be dispatched once the remaining 70% balance payment is cleared and confirmed.
Proof of Delivery: Customers are required to keep the proof of delivery receipt signed and confirmed upon receiving the goods.

Local (UAE): Delivery within UAE cities shall typically be completed within 1 – 2 working days.
International: Delivery to countries outside the UAE ranges from 4 to 10 working days.
Note: To avoid delivery delays, please ensure you provide a full, accurate address along with your direct contact details.

Local (UAE): Delivery fees within the UAE are a Flat Rate of AED 10.
International: Delivery fees for locations outside the UAE will be calculated and mentioned on the checkout page, depending on the specific country and location.

Handling: Logistics management is transferred to the designated logistics company once the cargo is handed over by AFS Farooqui FZE LLC.
Tracking: Tracking information and updates will be shared directly by the logistics provider to your registered contact details.

All credit/debit cards’ details and personally identifiable information will NOT be stored, sold, shared, rented, or leased to any third parties.
